The architectural approach of Lucie GARBAN and Pierre ROCH, interior architects, led them to rethink the rooms, entirely renovated in 2008, as comfortable cocoons, in keeping with the spirit and neighbourhood where the hotel is located.
In a sober yet cosy decor with the walls in a warm grey and coloured curtains on windows on the only white wall in the room, create an impression of opening onto the street – the furniture, in a resolutely contemporary design incorporating, in a search for rationality and extreme practicality, all the immediately available services along the walls. The comfort and modernity are reinforced by the duvets in place of the traditional bedspreads.
The flooring cover is a carpet inspired by decorative arts patterns. The floors in the bedrooms and corridors are dealt with in an identical fashion, thus giving an impression of free-flowing spaces: http://ateliercailloux.com
